2021年10月1日から2022年ゴールデンウィークまで冬期休業となります。
コロナ禍で気を配りながらお越しいただきまして、本当にありがとうございました。おかげさまでお客様にとって楽しいゲストハウスを運営することができ、感無量です。
コロナの影響により、特に去年はお客様の数が大幅に減り、不安いっぱいの年でした。しかし稚内の地域密着型スーパーさんや地域のお客様に支えられ、蝦夷鹿カレーや蝦夷鹿バーガーを世に出させていただいたりと、コロナだからこそ挑戦できたことがたくさんあります。
今年はその経験を踏まえ、朝ごはんに蝦夷鹿カレーを提供しご好評をいただきました。多くのお客様にお越しいただいたことで、念願の住み込みアルバイトも迎えチーム一同ともに駆け抜けることもできました。たくさんのお客様と出会い、話ができたことが何よりの収穫だったとアルバイトたちが言ってくれたことが本当に嬉しかったです。
この冬は、少しずつ修繕に力を入れて来期に備えていこうと思います。

Thank you for staying with us this year. We are now closed for the winter from Oct 1st to the end of Apr next year.
We are grateful that we were able to run the guesthouse through out the season. We must thank our guests for coming all the way here and being considerate to the other guests under the Covid circumstances.
We are always willing to improve our services. The Covid impoverished the number of guests in 2020 and made it seem difficult for us to keep the business running. However with the big help of a local supermarket, we sold the local guests handmade venison burgers and venison curry which could be our featured products in the future. In 2021, a number of guests came back not exactly as pre-Covid but closely and we proudly served our venison curry to the guests.
